This is my guy for '18, I think he's gonna come back strong this year. By all accts he's really matured over the past year, hopefully knocked some of that prima donna out of him. I'm all for the Texans tanking for Rosen

That's why Eli is a good comp for Rosen. Functional athleticism. NFL build but not overpowering. Good enough arm talent. But he can be 6-10 ish for every game he's win a superbowl with a great defense... ish.
Which Eli? Good Eli is really good. Bad Eli sucks really badly.

He's got a lot of work to do on the field next year if he wants to go in the first round, never mind top 10.
This is a myth. Rosen had a bad first game of the season vs Myles Garrett and from there on did progress from his freshman year. Without injury it would be interesting to see where him are SamD would've stacked up against each other.
Plus the Cutler comparison isn't a good one with his attitude. I think Johnny left a massive bad taste in everyone's mouth, Rosen is far from JFF and he doesn't have a bad attitude, Eli is probably a good comparison with his attitude.
A good article for people to get an uderstanding of him and not just the tidbits that they read on here that are mistaken or personified.
Seems premature to compare him to Eli, Eli is as tough as they come and never misses a game. Rosen comes across as a bit of a prima donna and is coming off a disappointing sophmore season where he suffered a serious shoulder injury. He has a lot to prove this season if he is to be a top 10 pick in next years draft.
