The Cleveland Browns made a roster move on Wednesday morning, with the team announcing the re-signing of defensive back Landon Feichter. Feichter, who played college football for Purdue, was an undrafted free agent signing for the Browns in May after receiving a tryout during rookie minicamp. Feichter was waived on June 22.
In 45 collegiate games, Feichter totaled 234 tackles, 10 interceptions and eight passes defensed. The signing brings the Browns' roster to the maximum of 90 players. The roster move comes on the heels of Tuesday's release of defensive back Micah Pellerin and the signing of offensive lineman Erle Ladson. Feichter is the 16th defensive back on the Browns' current roster, while Ladson makes it a total of 15 offensive lineman.
The Browns arrive in Berea for conditioning tests on Wednesday, and full training camp practices begin on Thursday.
