Interesting Notes:

-  Josh McCown completed 17 of 23 passes (73.9 percent) with two touchdowns, zero interceptions and a 113.9 rating against the Buccaneers. This preseason, he has completed 29 of 38 passes (76.3 percent) with three touchdowns and a 92.8 rating.

- This preseason, Cleveland is tied for third in the NFL with 11 sacks. Rookie DL Xavier Cooper is tied for the NFL preseason lead with three sacks. He recorded one against Washington (8/13) and two against Buffalo (8/20). Cooper was a third-round pick out of Washington State.

- WR Travis Benjamin, who holds the Browns single-game record for punt return yards, returned a punt 53 yards for a touchdown on the fourth play from scrimmage at Tampa Bay. He added four receptions for 39 yards. This preseason he ranks fourth in the NFL with an average of 23.3 yards per punt return.

- Bears quarterbacks coach Dowell Loggains served as the quarterbacks coach in Cleveland last season.

-  QB Josh McCown (2011-13) spent three seasons with the Bears. McCown appeared in 11 games, with seven starts, completing 184 of 279 passes for 2,243 yards with 15 TDs and 5 INTs.
