Report: Browns shopping trio of veterans

The Browns are talking about trades involving two of their veteran offensive linemen, Joe Thomas and Alex Mack, as well as outside linebacker Paul Kruger.

The Browns may be looking to trade two of the pillars upon their offensive line, according to Ian Rapoport of

Rapoport tweeted on Sunday morning that the Browns have engaged in trade discussions surrounding center Alex Mack and left tackle Joe Thomas, looking to potentially garner future assets in the deals.

Thomas, the eight-time Pro Bowler, has started every game for the Browns since he was drafted third overall in the 2007 NFL Draft and is expected to make $9-million in 2016. 

Mack, the two-time Pro Bowler, re-signed with the Browns on April 11, 2014, but has been rumored to be looking to leave Cleveland next season.

Following that report, Adam Schefter said on SportsCenter that the Browns are also making veteran outside linebacker Paul Kruger available in a trade, according to Mary Kay Cabot of
