CLEVELAND--Joe Thomas was named to the Associated Press All-Pro first team for the sixth consecutive year. Earlier this season, Thomas was named to his ninth-straight Pro Bowl tying Jim Brown and Lou Groza for the franchise record.
Thomas has played every snap for the Browns since being the third-overall player drafted in the 2007 NFL Draft.
Earlier this season, Thomas had said he wanted to finish his career with the Browns but after Mike Pettine was fired last Sunday, Thomas has said he is going to take a wait-and-see approach with what happens with the new head coach that is hired. Thomas has already played for five different head coaches with the Browns
