The Browns have announced their 2016 preseason schedule

The Cleveland Browns have announced their 2016 preseason schedule.

CLEVELAND, OHIO-- The Browns have announced the specific teams and locations for their 2016 preseason schedule, though three dates remain in the air. 

Cleveland and coach Hue Jackson will start the preseason in Green Bay against the Packers, before heading back home to take on the Atlanta Falcons in week two. The Browns will then take to Tampa Bay for their preseason dress rehearsal against the Buccaneers on August 26 before closing against the Chicago Bears at FirstEnergy Stadium. 

The Green Bay game will be played somewhere between August 11 through August 15, the Atlanta game will be played anywhere from August 18 through August 22 and the Chicago game will be played on either September 1 or September 2. 

The August 26 game against Tampa Bay will be broadcast nationally by CBS. It will be the first time the Browns have had a preseason game nationally broadcast by CBS since 2003.
