Paul Kruger says his release was "absolutely the wrong decision"

Paul Kruger took exception to the Browns releasing him

BEREA, Ohio--Paul Kruger isn't happy with the way his time in Cleveland ended.

After having his contract terminated Monday morning, Kruger posted on his Twitter account.

Kruger thanked the Browns "relentless fans" for his time with the team, but also took a shot at the organization in his departure.

"My experience has been amazing and I will miss wearing a Browns #99," Kruger wrote. "Although completely miss handled, unfortunate and absolutely the wrong decision to release me I do wish the Browns and especially my teammate brothers great success."

Kruger was released Monday morning as the Browns moved to trim their roster to 76 players.
