The Browns reportedly have comes to terms with a wide receiver--but it's not Terrelle Pryor--yet.
According to ESPN's Adam Caplan, the Browns are set to sign wide receiver Kenny Britt.
The terms associated with the deal is four years, $32.5 million with $17 million guaranteed.Teams can officially sign players beginning at 4 pm Thursday.
The receiver, who will be 29 by the start of next season, put up numbers very similar to Pryor in 2016, gaining over 1000 yards on 68 catches with five touchdowns.
The open question is whether the Browns consider Britt a replacement for Pryor, or an addition to a young receiver corps. With the Browns spending a number of draft picks on receivers in 2016, the initial instinct would be to say that the team expects Ricardo Louis, et al, to step up, but this free agency season has already been full of surprises.
