The sale of single-game tickets in a July is an annual rite here in Cleveland, and it starts up again this Saturday. While the Browns don't force you to use an MBNA card, you do have to use a Visa, so keep that in mind. Folks in the forums usually provide updates about what is available on Saturday, and remember that the Ticket and Tape Exchange is an alternative for Browns fans who either want to sell or buy from fellow fans.
The key games against division rivals usually sell out pretty quickly, so you'll want to hit the phone on Saturday morning if you want to enjoy games against AFC North teams.

Individual game tickets to all Cleveland Browns home games for the 2005 season will go on sale this Saturday, July 16, beginning at 10 a.m. Tickets will be made available exclusively through Ticketmaster phone and Internet (www.ticketmaster.com) by using VISA – the exclusive credit card of the Cleveland Browns.
Ticket prices start at $32 and are located primarily in the upper level – Northeast and Northwest corners of the Stadium. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster by using one of the following methods:

Tickets WILL NOT be available at Cleveland Browns Stadium this weekend, and Ticketmaster outlets will open for sale beginning Sunday, July 17. Please note that all sales are subject to convenience charges.
