BROWNS ANNOUNCE TRAINING CAMP SCHEDULE

The Cleveland Browns begin preparations for the 2005 National Football League season by officially opening training camp, presented by Cintas, on Friday, July 29 at their training facility in Berea, Ohio.  Training camp practices open to the public conclude on August 24.  A new feature this year is seven evening practices scheduled from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in an effort to allow families to attend practice after work.

All practices open to the public are free of charge.  The Browns will be on the field a total of 20 days with 26 total practices scheduled in Berea.

At the conclusion of each practice, groups of players will sign autographs for children up to 12 years of age in two autograph tents. All fans will be able to get autographs from players on the perimeter of the practice fields.  In addition to post-practice autographs, fans can purchase Browns merchandise and enjoy concession stands featuring Donato's Pizza, Dawg Pound Hot Dogs and a beer garden.

Parking is free and is located at Baldwin-Wallace College.  Shuttles will be available to take fans from the parking lots to the practice field.

All fans are to enter the practice facility at the Beech Street entrance. If practice is moved indoors due to inclement weather, it will be closed to the public.  Fans will not be permitted to watch any practice(s) in the indoor training facility.  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

On Saturday, August 6 the Browns will host a "Family Fun Night" at Cleveland Browns Stadium.  The team will break away from their every day training camp practice schedule in Berea to practice in the Stadium beginning at 7 p.m.  Fans will have an opportunity to get autographs after practice and enjoy a special fireworks show.  In addition, fans will enjoy highlight packages on the scoreboard, music, inflatables and numerous giveaways, including a "Jersey Off the Back" raffle.  Tickets for Family Fun Night are $5 and benefit the Cleveland Browns Foundation.
