John Crist: The Bears have to ramp up that pass rush. A couple of small-school guys seem to be targeted, Austen Lane of Murray State and – one of your favorites – Alex Carrington of Arkansas State. Can either one of these guys be a pure pass rusher in a 4-3? Tell me about them.
Chris Steuber: In a 4-3, yeah, I think Carrington can really play in a 4-3. Austen Lane, though, I think he's more of an outside linebacker at this point in a 3-4. He could be a defensive end in a 4-3, but he's a little bit undersized. I think they both can play in the 4-3, but I like Carrington the most out of those two prospects.
