In one of the least surprising news stories of this or any millennium, all five of the Browns restricted free agents have decided to sign their tender agreements prior to tomorrow's deadline, the OBR was informed by a team source this afternoon.
There has been no official release by the team due to the need to inform several players who will need to be let go as a result.
As Don noted in the OBR blog earlier today, the players had a lot to lose financially if they didn't sign by the end of the day. As it is, S Abe Elam, LB Matt Roth, LB D'Qwell Jackson, RB Jerome Harrison and FB Lawrence Vickers will be returning to the team as training camp begins in late July.
The OBR's Lane Adkins had thoughts on why the players needed to sign these tenders in his article earlier today.
The news was originally reported on a local television show, according to OBR visitors.
