Bucs Resign Some More of Their Free Agents

The Bucs continue to try and lock up their own free agents before going after free agents from other teams.

"Legal tampering" began around the NFL at noon on Saturday, and while that was starting, the Bucs were busy trying to lock up some of their own free agents. By Saturday night, they were able to lock up a few.

After already resigning tight end Luke Stocker earlier in the day, the Bucs, according to various reports, resigned safety Major Wright, defensive end Larry English, and linebacker Jason Williams.

Defensive end Adrian Clayborn seems to be getting a lot of attention on the first day teams can speak with free agents. According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Clayborn is receiving interest from the Falcons, Giants, Cowboys, Vikings, and Seahawks.

Free Agency officially begins on Tuesday at 4:00 EST.
