Jameis Winston had the major focus of the nation at FSU's pro day on Tuesday, but the day was filled with talent. There were numerous day one and two prospects performing for all 32 NFL teams that were in attendance.
At the conclusion of Tuesday's pro day in Tallahassee, highly touted defensive back P.J. Williams said that he has only worked out for one team so far in this draft process.
"I had one (workout) with the Bucs," Williams said when asked if he had worked out with any teams yet.
According to scouts at FSU's pro day, Williams (6'1'' and 194 lbs) improved his 40-yard dash time to a range between 4.45 and 4.49 from a 4.57 at the combine. Williams should start to get mentioned again within the 1st-2nd round mix.
For the Buccaneers, there is not a big need at defensive back. I could see the Bucs selecting a defensive back in the 3rd-7th rounds, but the 2nd round pick might be a little too rich for a team still desperate for offensive line and defensive end help.
