Bucs-Bears Kickoff Time Switched

October 28 – The National Football League switched the kickoff time for the Chicago Bears at Tampa Bay Buccaneers game on Sunday, Nov. 18 from a 1:00 p.m. kickoff to a 4:15 p.m. kickoff. The Bucs-Bears game will now be nationally televised on FOX.

The NFL evidently sees something special brewing in the NFC Central. The surprising 5-1 Chicago Bears are atop the NFC Central Division and the 3-3 Tampa Bay Buccaneers will not be able to afford to lose at Raymond James Stadium to them on Sunday, Nov. 18.

On Sunday evening, the NFL announced the kickoff time for the Bucs-Bears game on Nov. 18 will be moved from 1:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. and the game will now be nationally televised on FOX.

Tampa Bay now has six nationally televised games in the regular season. The Bucs have already played two of them (at Minnesota, Green Bay). Buccaneer Magazine has compiled a list of the Bucs' remaining nationally televised games this season.
