The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed G Shane Grice to their practice squad on Tuesday. The move comes less than one week after the Buccaneers released Grice from their 53-man roster in order to make room for CB Corey Ivy on Nov. 10.

Grice played collegiately at the University of Mississippi and signed with the Bucs on April 23 as an undrafted free agent. Grice was released on Aug. 27 and was then signed to Tampa Bay's active roster on Sept. 26.

In order to make room for Grice on their five-man practice squad, Tampa Bay released CB Anthony Midget.

Midget signed with Tampa Bay's practice squad on Nov. 6. Midget spent the entire 2000 season on the Buccaneers' practice squad prior to being released by the Atlanta Falcons, and had spent the entire summer in training camp with the Pewter Pirates before being released on Aug. 27.
