THE LAST TIME THESE TWO TEAMS MET: Dec. 31, 2000: The Philadelphia Eagles embarrassed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first round of the playoffs last season, 21-3. Temperatures were below 40 degrees at kickoff and the Pewter Pirates were dominated by the upcoming Eagles.
BUCS-EAGLES SERIES: The Bucs and Eagles have split the all-time series, 4-4. They are 3-3 against in each other in the regular season and 1-1 against each other in the postseason. The Eagles won the last matchup, but the Bucs have won the three of their last four meetings.
