May 25 – Pewter Report has compiled a list of several important dates pertaining to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Find out what the Bucs and their fans have to look forward to throughout June and July.

Here is a list of dates that concern the Bucs as the NFL offseason draws closer to an end and the regular season approaches.
The next wave of free agency will begin on June 1. Some teams will clear room under their salary cap by releasing veteran players.
On June 8, 2002, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host Bank of America FanFest at Raymond James Stadium. The event, which is free to attend, starts at 10:00 a.m. and concludes at 2:00 p.m. ET. During FanFest, fans can meet Buccaneer players, coaches and cheerleaders.

Gate C of Raymond James Stadium will open at 9:30 a.m. Parking is also free in lots 5 and 6. Fans are encouraged to enter those two gates off of Himes.

The Buccaneers will hold their third and final mini-camp of the offseason from Thursday, June 13 through Saturday, June 15. Practices will be held at One Buccaneer Place. The practices are not open to the public, however, Pewter Report editor-in-chief Scott Reynolds, managing editor Leo Haggerty and assistant editor Jim Flynn along with other members of the media will be in attendance .
The world's largest Tampa Bay Buccaneers' merchandise store – Buccaneer Heaven – will have a 40-foot flagpole in front of its store soon, and on Friday, June 14, 2002, Jeffrey Neil Fox, who is the publisher of Pewter Report and owner of Buccaneer Heaven, will host a flagpole ceremony. The flagpole and ceremony will be held in memory of Jeff's father, Sol A. Fox. Fans are encouraged to attend as Fox and Co. raise a giant Buccaneers flag along with a giant American Flag to the top of the pole. Both flags will overlook the North Florida Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. and fans welcome to attend.

The Pewter Report Training Camp Issue – the inaugural issue of Pewter Report -- will be mailed out to fans on July 24, 2002. The Pewter Report Training Camp Issue will include a detailed preview of Tampa Bay's team as they head into training camp in Orlando It will include an in-depth look at the team's quarterback situation and a preview of Tampa Bay's first preseason game against the Miami Dolphins on Monday night, August 12 at Raymond James Stadium. It will also include coverage, commentary and action photos from the team's last mini-camp practices, and much more. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will report to training camp in Orlando on Sunday, July 28 and hold their first practice session on the morning of Monday, July 29. The Bucs will hold their entire 2002 training camp at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando. The practices are open to the public and admission is free. The Buccaneers are expected to release a detailed schedule of each day's training camp practices in about two weeks.
