July 8 – NFL Films' annual Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30-minute highlight video is scheduled to air on Wednesday, July 10, from 3:30-4:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2. In other news, former Bucs quarterback Steve DeBerg was arrested last Saturday and charged with driving under the influence, and Tampa Bay director of communications Reggie Roberts was dismissed last week after five seasons with the team.

NEW TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS HIGHLIGHT VIDEO TO AIR ON JULY 10
NFL Films' new Tampa Bay Buccaneers highlights, which recaps the Bucs' 2001 season, is scheduled to air on Wednesday, July 10, from 3:30-4:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2. Both ESPN and ESPN2 have aired team 2001 team highlights since July 1 and will continue to air them throughout the month. FORMER BUCS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH DUI
Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Steve DeBerg, who played for the Bucs from 1984-1987 and from 1992 to 1993, was arrested last Saturday and charged with driving under the influence.

DeBerg, 48, refused to take a breathalyzer test after he was pulled over by Tampa police officers at 2:52 a.m. He was released from Orient Road Jail on Saturday after paying $500 bail.

DeBerg had a previous DUI arrest in 1996 in New York while working as a coach for the New York Giants.


BUCS DISMISS PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers dismissed director of communications Reggie Roberts last Tuesday. Roberts, 37, began his career with the Bucs in 1997 after working in the NFL's headquarters in New York. After his first season with Tampa Bay, Roberts and Co. received the Pete Rozelle Award, which is presented annually to the NFL's best public relations staff.

Tampa Bay vice presidents Joel and Bryan Glazer declined comment on Roberts' departure and the team currently is in the process of searching for his replacement.
