Jags sign QB, 10:28 a.m.

The Jaguars signed veteran Todd Bouman to back up Quinn Gray on Sunday. You might remember that the Bucs worked out Bouman last year after Chris Simms' season-ending injury. Bouman also started for the Saints in the season finale against Tampa Bay in 2005 and didn't play too well that day.
