BUCS FAN FLYING PEWTER PRIDE OVER VETERANS STADIUM ON SUNDAY:
Speaking of flying, Tampa Bay fans will send warm wishes to their beloved Bucs on Sunday by flying an airplane over Veterans Stadium for three hours.

Well, Bucs fans won't actually be flying the plane, but they did come up with the money to have it flown on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. ET with a banner that will read "Go Bucs, Think Warm! Pluck The Eagles!"

The idea to have a plane fly over Veterans Stadium for the NFC Championship Game was started by Tampa resident and Pewter Report subscriber Debbie Arnold.

One of the local Tampa radio stations, Wild 98.7, aired pleas to fans to help fund the banner flying and Bucs fans didn't disappoint.

The world's largest Tampa Bay Buccaneers merchandise store – Buccaneer Heaven – held the collection box at its establishment, located at 14823 North Florida Avenue in Tampa, Florida. Customers immediately filled the fishbowl with money.
