Pewter Report MVP: Ronde Barber

January 19 - Tampa Bay cornerback Ronde Barber was everywhere on Sunday, finishing the game with three tackles, an amazing four passes broken up and a sack and a forced fumble, which was recovered by defensive lineman Ellis Wyms. But Barber saved his best play for last when he intercepted Eagles QB Donovan McNabb and returned it 92 yards for a touchdown in the fouth quarter. Barber is this week's Pewter Player of the Game.

Tampa Bay cornerback Ronde Barber was passed over for the Pro Bowl by Philadelphia's corners Troy Vincent and Bobby Taylor. But on Sunday, Barber showed who really deserved to be going to Hawaii by making several impact plays -- none bigger than his 92-yard interception return for a touchdown with 3:18 left in the fourth quarter to seal the Buccaneers' win over the Eagles. For his outstanding play, Barber is this week's Pewter Player of the Game.
