--OLB Sam Acho has recorded sacks in each of the last three games. He is starting in place of Joey Porter.
--WR Andre Roberts caught five passes last week after getting just four receptions in the previous four games.
--CB Patrick Peterson leads the NFL in punt returns for touchdowns (three) and in average per punt return (21.8 yards).
--CB Richard Marshall replaced A.J. Jefferson in the starting lineup last week.
STRATEGY AND PERSONNEL
Cornerback Richard Marshall is proving to be a key free-agent signing. He has moved into the starting lineup at corner, plays the slot in the nickel occasionally and also is playing some safety with Kerry Rhodes out because of injury. And Marshall has done an excellent job blocking on the punt return team.
The Cardinals still haven't figured out a way to get linebacker Stewart Bradley on the field much. A former Eagle, Bradley signed a five-year, $30 million contract with Cardinals but doesn't have much of a role on defense. He can't beat out Paris Lenon for playing time.
Coaches will continue to look at playing Jeremy Bridges over Brandon Keith at right tackle. Bridges has replaced Keith twice in games but has fared little better than Keith. The biggest weaknesses on this team are the two tackle positions. Left tackle Levi Brown has played poorly.
