Chandler Catanzaro, the undrafted free agent out of Clemson, is still perfect.
The Cardinals kicker has made all 16 of his field goal attempts this season, breaking the record set by Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein in 2012.
Catanzaro kicked a 28-yard field goal in the fourth quarter Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles to break the record. Catanzaro is now one behind the overall NFL record for consecutive field goals made, set by Washington’s Kai Forbath in 2012.
Catanzaro, who won a close battle with incumbent Jay Feely coming out of training camp, entered Sunday’s game tied for second for most field goals made this season, three behind New England’s Stephen Gostkowski.
