David Johnson and Gerald Christian are officially members of the Arizona Cardinals.
The third and seventh-round picks of the Cardinals officially signed contracts this week. Terms of the contracts were not disclosed but both appear to be standard rookie deals.
Johnson is expected to heavily contribute in Arizona's run game and appears to be the ideal complement to Andre Ellington.
Meanwhile, Christian who carries the honor of being "Mr. Irrelevant" of the 2015 draft class took a unique approach to his contract negotiations.
Instead of hiring an agent, Christian was helped by only his father to work a deal with the Cardinals front office.
The most recent two signings leave only D.J. Humphries as the only unsigned rookie and his contract is expected to be finalized soon.
