Arians continues to gain respect

Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians ranked seventh in a recent survey of NFL head coaches conducted by NFL.com.

As if Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians hadn't received enough accolades since becoming a head coach, the praise and respect continues to roll in.

Coming off two NFL Coach of the Year awards in the last three seasons, Arians was ranked seventh in a recent article on NFL.com.

Arians lead the Cardinals to a miraculous playoff run a season ago, navigating through countless injuries and suspensions to make it to the Wild Card game in which the team eventually lost to the Carolina Panthers.

In that game, Arizona was down to it's fourth-string quarterback, Ryan Lindley, who was only signed after Carson Palmer and Drew Stanton both went down with injuries.

Residing in the ever-so-tough NFC West will prove to be another difficult task for Arians and company in 2015. If the Cardinals are able to make another postseason run, look for Arians to easily jump into the top five of NFL head coaches.
