Report Card: Cardinals vs. Vikings

Here is the Cardinals report card from their game against the Minnesota Vikings.

PASSING OFFENSE: F -- Two turnovers, four sacks and only one touchdown. The Cardinals live and die with the passing game, and Sunday they died.

RUSHING OFFENSE: F -- Down 21-0 after a quarter, the Cardinals didn't try to run. They had seven carries in the game and two of those were on the final possession.

PASS DEFENSE: F -- Tarvaris Jackson passed only 17 times but had four touchdowns. Three of them were caught against cornerback Rod Hood.

RUSH DEFENSE: F -- Adrian Peterson rushed for 165 yards and the Vikings totaled 239 yards, averaging 5.4 yards an attempt.

SPECIAL TEAMS: D -- The Cardinals gave up a punt return for a touchdown, which set the tone for the day. Kicker Neil Rackers' three kickoffs were touchbacks, saving the club from a failing grade.

COACHING: F -- The Cardinals looked like they would rather be anywhere else on Sunday than playing the Vikings. They were lethargic and disinterested and that's a reflection on the coaches.
