Cardinals One Game Away from Super Sunday

The Arizona Cardinals proved they belong in the playoffs with a 33-13 win over No. 2 seeded Carolina Panthers. The Cardinals now face a date with the winner of the Philadelphia Eagles- New York Giants game. The Cardinals have been feeling kind of Saturday, 2-0, but will have to be up for the task next Sunday, as the Eagles and the Giants both bring a potent attack.

The Arizona Cardinals will await their NFC Championship game fate on Sunday, when the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants are set to kickoff at 4:45 p.m. ET.

The Cardinals previously lost to both teams in the regular season. In week 12, the Cardinals fell to the Giants, 37-29, at home. The following week, Philadelphia hosted Arizona and handed the Cardinals an embarrassing 48-20 loss.

The situation will be reversed in the NFC title game on Jan. 18. If the Giants beat out the Eagles, New York will get home field advantage. If the Eagles upset the Giants, Arizona gets the chance to bring the NFC Championship game home to Glendale, AZ.
