Courtney Van Beuren weighs in at a paltry 365 pounds. Van Beuren was selected in the third round by the San Diego Chargers, 80th overall.
"It completely exceeded my expectations when the Chargers called me," said Van Buren. "To be called with the 80th pick is definitely an honor. I'm going to try to capitalize the best I can on that and try to make San Diego a championship team."
Even at that weight the 6-6 behemoth was able to turn in a 40 time of 5.37.
"For a guy my size, I run very well. I'm very aggressive on the field. I like finishing people. Really, I just go out there and try my hardest and I really just try to make people look bad on tape," said Van Buren.
A three year starter who played six games with the first unit as a red-shirt freshman. He came to Pine Bluff as a defensive tackle before moving to the offensive side of the ball as a sophomore.
Van Beuren Targeted for the O-line
