Depth Chart Projection: Post-Draft Update

Between the draft and the signing of undrafted free agents, the Chargers have recently added 26 news faces to the roster. Now that the dust has settled on this flurry of activity, it is time for an updated look at the projected opening-day depth chart.

San Diego's roster is neither complete nor balanced, but there several interesting points of competition.

Most of the up-for-grabs positions are on the defensive side of the ball, where depth is lacking at all three levels. That explains the presence of two undrafted players on the active roster: NT Kwame Geathers and SS Jahleel Addae.

The most prominent player not the make the active roster is WR Eddie Royal.

Of course, the depth chart will change as the Chargers make more additions, with some certain to come as other teams make their cuts. But in the interim, here is what the depth chart looks like.
