Chargers sign several; NFLE allocations set

In addition to the nine players listed on Wednesday, the Chargers released the names of four more players on Thursday.

Running back Ray Perkins, who spent the entire season on the Chargers' practice squad signed a deal to remain with the club.

Perkins impressed with his quickness and cutting ability during training camp in 2005.

Linebacker Jonathan Pollard spent the 2005 season on the Chargers' injured reserve.

Running back Jonathan Evans out of Baylor also signed a deal with the club. He spent some time with the Dallas Cowboys after the 2005 NFL Draft.

Tight end Duncan Reid was released by the club on their final cutdowns in training camp.

The Chargers also setup their NFL Europe allocations, sending the following players:

DB Mitch Meeuwsen
