Chargers Training Camp opens July 29

The San Diego Chargers continue their work towards a Championship on Saturday, July 29 when San Diego returns to Chargers Park for Training Camp 2006.

Head Coach Marty Schottenheimer's squad will open camp on July 29 with practices at 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Chargers Park will be the place to be for fans of all ages. Bleacher seating is available for outstanding views of the entire practice field. There will be surprise visits from the 2006 Charger Girls as well as former players and fans will get the opportunity to meet select players after every practice. Concession stands will be offering plenty of your favorite food and beverage items along with the latest Chargers merchandise, including shirts, hats, jerseys and much more.

Parking for fans around Chargers Park is limited. On weekdays, parking is available on the street behind (east of) the Holiday Inn located at 3805 Murphy Canyon Rd.
