Linebacker Junior Seau tied Russ Washington's team record with his 200th game played for the Chargers.

The Chargers move to 2-14 without Jamal Williams in the lineup over the last two years. They are 11-4 with Williams in the lineup.

The Chargers were 2 of 12 (16.7 percent) on third-down conversions. They are 12 of 49 (24.5 percent) in their past three games, all losses.

LaDainian Tomlinson's 131 yards rushing boosted his season total to 1,616. His seventh 100-yard game tied Don Wood's 28-year-old team record.

The Chargers allowed just 53 yards rushing on 23 carries and held Mike Cloud to just 19 yards on 16 carries.

The pass from Trent Green to Marc Boerigter tied a NFL going 99 yards for a touchdown reception. It has been done nine times. The last 99-yard TD pass in the NFL was a connection between Green Bay's Brett Favre and Robert Brooks vs. Chicago (9/11/95).

Darren Bennett had a tremendous game, including a punt of 60 yards, continually pinning the Chiefs deep in their own territory and neutralizing Dante' Hall. He had three punts downed inside the 20. Hall only gained 17 yards on two returns.

Keith Lyle had his second interception on the year. The first one came in week 6 against the same Kansas City Chiefs.

Curtis Conway was again held without a catch. He was severely limited by his ailing shoulder and dropped a sure first down in the first quarter.

Kansas City has won six straight contests at Arrowhead vs. the Chargers.

With 466 points, the Chiefs broke their team record of 442 set in 1965. KC has scored 57 total TDs on the season, breaking the prior team record of 55 set in '66. KC has 332 first downs on the season, breaking the prior team single-season record of 324 established in 2001. KC has accumulated 5,824 yards of total offense on the season, breaking the previous team single-season record of 5,692 yards in '94.
