Video: Check out Colts' practice warm-up

Wednesday's practice began with loud music blasting away to get players ready for a full-pad workout at the Colts complex.

The NFL weekly routine gets serious each Wednesday, when players are usually in full pads for practice.

The Indianapolis Colts (2-2), who host the Baltimore Ravens (3-1) Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium, started their practice at Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center with some loud music. Nothing like blasting some sound to get the mind and body right for a workout.

No frills here in this video. It’s two minutes of calisthenics and stretching. Don’t look for the quarterbacks — they’re on the team’s second field, limbering up their passing arms with some throwing drills.

Check out who’s doing what to get ready for work.
