Former Seattle MLB Solomon Bates failed his physical with the Colts, ending his chances of landing in Indianapolis this season.
Details were not released, but the Colts waived Bates just one day after adding him to the roster. After waiving him, they brought back CB Jerome Dennis, an undrafted rookie out of Utah State who they had waived on July 28th.
With OL Cody Campbell placed on injured reserve, the Colts brought back Maryland OT Lou Lombardo who had been released the same day as Dennis.
