James Mungro's agent, Ken Sarnoff, told ColtPower that the Colts, as well as other teams, have been in touch with him about Mungro.

Chargers QB Drew Brees has reportedly received offers from both the Saints and the Dolphins. He's now mulling over which one makes the most sense for him.

AFC South rivals Tennessee and Texas have made offers to Patriots WR David Givens, but the Boston Globe is reporting that he's unlikely to make a choice of where to play next season without seeing what the Patriots are willing to put on the table.

The Ravens re-signed RB Jamal Lewis to a 3-year deal. He'll team up with former Broncos RB Mike Anderson who agreed to terms with Baltimore on Sunday.

Rams safety Adam Archuleta spent a good deal of time in Washington this weekend and has reportedly signed with Redskins.

Former Saints DE Darren Howard has signed a six-year, $30 million contract today with the Eagles. It is rumored to include $10.5 million in guaranteed money.

Browns left tackle L.J. Shelton was one of three players who signed multi-year contracts with the Dolphins. He started all 16 games for Cleveland last season. The Dolphins also signed two others who will be able to compete for a starter role on their defense – former New Orleans LB Sedrick Hodge and Detroit cornerback Andre Goodman. Hodge's pact is for two years worth $2 million plus $1 million in incentives. Goodman got a three-year, $5 million contract with up to $2.5 million in incentives.

With Edgerrin James gone, the Colts will have to decide how aggressively they want to pursue bringing back unrestricted free agent James Mungro. On Saturday, one of our network sources said that interest in Mungro hasn't been high in the early going, but with the top backs coming off the list rapidly, the next tier should draw more interest as the week progresses. And there has still been no definitive word out of Indy as to whether or not the Colts paid Dominic Rhodes his $1.45 million roster bonus that would keep him with the team for 2006.

Patriots WR Tim Dwight visited with the Jaguars over the weekend.

The Ravens took another running back off the market with the signing of Denver's Mike Anderson.

The Redskins signed Patriots tight end Christian Fauria.

According to our network affiliate, Vikings Update, Minnesota is interested in a possible deal with the Redskins for quarterback Patrick Ramsey. The New York Daily News has reported that the Jets have offered a seventh-round pick for Ramsey, but the Redskins apparently want a fourth-rounder or better.

Packers FB William Henderson said Green Bay wants him to return for 2006, but has'nt offered him a multi-year deal. Henderson wants to play three more seasons and is seeking a team that will give him that kind of contract. Henderson will reportedly meet with the Vikings in the near the future.
