Colts OL Makoa Freitas told ColtPower on Friday that he will be signing his one-year contract tender with the Colts next weekend and will definitely be back with the team in 2006.

According to, RB Michael Bennett (Vikings) has signed a two-year, $3 million contract with the Saints that includes a $1 million signing bonus and an additional $1 million in incentives each year. According to a published report, Bennett stated that the Colts had been in touch with him prior to this signing.

The Packers signed LB Tracy White, who had been with the Jaguars and waived LB John Leake on Friday.

WR Terrell Owens (Eagles) officially signed on with the Cowboys today.

The Steelers have retained CB Deshea Townsend with a reported 4-year, $8 million contract.

New England has signed WR Reche Caldwell (Chargers). 

The Kansas City Chiefs signed UFA RB Quentin Griffin to a one-year deal on Friday.

The Falcons announced on Friday that they have agreed to terms with S Lawyer Milloy (Bills) on a three-year contract.

The Bears re-signed TE John Gilmore to a two-year contract; waived WR Eddie Berlin on Friday. 

The Browns waived OL Lewis Dawson, DL Amon Gordon and LS Jody Littleton. 

The Falcons on Friday reached an agreement with DE John Abraham (Jets) on a multi-year contract, according to several league sources. But to make the move happen, the Jets have to work out a trade agreement with the Jets

The Ravens re-signed RFAs RB Musa Smith and DE Jarret Johnson.

The Seahawks, reached a contract agreement with UFA DT Russell Davis (Cardinals). is reporting it's a 3-year deal, but further details were unavailable.

The Chargers have signed UFA TE Aaron Shea, formerly of the Cleveland Browns, to a three-year contract.

Free-agent G Stephen Neal (Patriots), who previously visited with the Vikings, is in Buffalo today meeting with the Bills according to a report in the Boston Globe.

The Cowboys agreed to terms with OL Jason Fabini (Jets) on Friday. His three-year contract is worth $6 million, with the possibility of moving up to $7.5 million.

The St. Louis Rams reached a contract agreement with UFA QB Gus Frerotte (Dolphins) on Friday.

The Bills tendered an offer sheet to Cardinals restricted free agent OL Reggie Wells on Friday.

The Saints released G Kendyl Jacox.

The Dallas Cowboys released OL Jacob Rogers on Friday.

The Miami Dolphins signed defensive back Renaldo Hill to a three-year contract as an unrestricted free agent from the Oakland Raiders. Also on Friday, the Dolphins re-signed running back Travis Minor and tight end Alex Holmes, both to one-year contracts.

The Oakland Raiders re-signed UFAs S Derrick Gibson and G Corey Hulsey on Friday.

The Saints agreed to terms with LB Anthony Simmons, who had been with the Seattle Seahawks, and S Omar Stoutmire, who had been with the Washington Redskins.
