Yesterday, ColtPower reported that Ohio University cornerback Dion Byrum had recently conducted a personal workout with the Colts. Today, Byrum learned through his agent, Adisa Bakari, he will be visiting the Colts next week. Byrum finished the 2005 season tied for second in the NCAA with six interceptions, including two that were returned for touchdowns.
Bakari also informed another one of his clients, free safety Antoine Bethea, that the Colts were interested in bringing him in for a visit. Bethea, out of Howard University, participated in the Combine in Indianapolis back in February and ran a personal-best 4.39-second forty. He also established a personal best 19 reps on the 225-pound bench press. Bethea led his team in tackles for the past three seasons.
ColtPower has completed interviews with both players and will be providing you with great insight and information on both of them over the the next few days.
