Pitcock Signed by Colts

The Colts' only unsigned draft pick, Quinn Pitcock, got his deal finalized and should be ready for action in Terre Haute by Monday.

Former Ohio State defensive tackle Quinn Pitcock got passed his team physical and got his contract completed so that he could join in the action with the Indianapolis Colts in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Pitcock reportedly had a leg injury that held up his ability to pass the physical, contributing to him missing the team's first two days of training camp. But by Wednesday afternoon, he was spotted on the sidelines observing the workouts.

Head coach Tony Dungy stated that the team's doctors anticipate that Pitcock will be ready to participate in drills and workouts by Monday.

While no contract details were available, Pitcock's deal should be a four-year contract in the range of fellow third-round selection Daymeion Hughes. The cornerback received base salaries of $285,000, $370,000, $460,000, and $550,000 over span of his four-year deal along with an undisclosed signing bonus.
