As the Houston Texans are preparing for their game against the Indianapolis Colts there is one thing on their mind - keeping the ball out of Peyton Manning's hands. Ball control has been the Texans' focus thus far this season and is a major contributing factor to their 2-0 start. In their upset of the Colts last season, the Texans won the time of possession battle, but this year they're going against a new Colts defense. On his day off, middle linebacker and defensive captain Gary Brackett still managed to get his hands dirty. Brackett joined several other volunteers to help lay new sod at John Marshal Middle School. Brackett wasn't the only one busy helping out the community on his day off, fellow teammates Antoine Bethea, Marlin Jackson, Jeff Charleston and Keyunta Dawson were all out lending a helping hand at various places. Colts President Bill Polian admits the team didn't play as well as they could have, but overall he was very pleased with his team's performance on Sunday. He said he was especially pleased with the play of Rocky Boiman and Tyjuan Hagler who filled in for the injured Rob Morris and Freddy Keiaho at strong-side and weak-side linebacker respectively.
