Colts' scouts were spotted at Indiana Hoosiers practices last fall. Were they there to see James Hardy. The big receiver from Fort Wayne has NFL scouts drooling over his potential. He talks with Scout.com's Ed Thompson in this exclusive audio feature!

A first-team All-Big Ten Conference selection, wide receiver James Hardy set Indiana University single-season records with 79 receptions for 1,125 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior in 2007. And he's alone at the top of the school's record book with career records of 191 catches for 2,749 yards and 36 touchdowns.

Already drawing interest from well over half the teams in the league, Hardy should hear his name called during the first two rounds in April's NFL Draft as one of the top wide receiver talents in this draft class.

Find out what the 6-foot-6, 220-pound receiver recently had to say to Scout.com Senior NFL Analyst Ed Thompson in this exclusive interview as Hardy prepares for a major step towards fulfilling his NFL dream — the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

Ed Thompson's player interviews and NFL features are published across the Scout.com network and are syndicated through FOXSports.com. You can contact him by email through this link.
