— S Melvin Bullitt (shoulder) took part in practice Wednesday and should be able to go in the Colts' opening playoff game next week. Bullitt did not play the last two regular-season games as he was given the opportunity to rest a sore shoulder.
— WR Hank Baskett practiced Wednesday and is expected to be available for the Colts' first playoff game next week. Baskett banged his head on the frozen turf in the second half of last week's game at Buffalo and was stunned for a short while. He was able to return to the game later.
— DT Antonio Johnson (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday. He is expected to play next week in the Colts' opening playoff game.
— OT Charlie Johnson (foot) was held out of Wednesday's workout. Johnson did not play in the team's last two regular-season games. He is hopeful of being available to play in the Colts' playoff game next week.
— PK Adam Vinatieri (right knee) did not kick against Buffalo last week in the team's final regular-season game. A decision on whether he will be able to kick in the postseason won't be made until sometime next week.
— DE Dwight Freeney (abdomen) practiced Wednesday and should be able to play next week.
— DE Robert Mathis (quad) returned for Wednesday's workout and is expected to start the Colts' playoff game next week.
— CB Jerraud Powers (hamstring) took part in practice Wednesday and should be available to play in the postseason.
— RB/KR Chad Simpson (concussion) was able to practice Wednesday. Simpson missed the Buffalo game after he was hurt against the Jets two weeks ago but should be able to play in the postseason.
— WR Pierre Garcon (hand) participated in Wednesday's practice session. Garcon is expected to start next week's playoff game.
— OT Ryan Diem (elbow) returned for Wednesday's workout. Diem sat out last week's game at Buffalo after he was injured against the Jets two weeks ago. He should be able to start in the Colts' opening playoff game.
— LB Clint Session (knee) was able to practice Wednesday. Session has seen little work the last couple of weeks. He is expected to start the Colts' playoff game next week.
