'Boys release Brewster

The Dallas Cowboys released offensive tackle Robert Brewster today.

The club signed wide receiver Jesse Holley from their practice squad to the active roster.

Brewster, drafted in the third-round of the 2009 NFL Draft out of Ball State, played in one game in 2010 after spending his rookie year on Reserve/PUP with a torn pectoral muscle.

Holley spent the 2009 season on the Dallas Cowboys practice squad. He signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted rookie free agent on May 2, 2007 out of North Carolina. He signed to the Bengals practice squad on September 7, but was released on October 4 and was out of football for the remainder of the season and 2008.
