FRISCO - 'To me,' Orlando Scandrick says of The Star In Frisco, 'it symbolizes 'It's time to win.'' But first, as the Cowboys move into their luxurious new headquarters, a time to tour:

The Dallas Cowboys moved into their new, state-of-the-art practice facility in Frisco, known as The Star, a 91-acre team headquarters and practice facility that will eventually include shopping centers, restaurants and hotels. But on Sunday, it was about football, as the Cowboys began practicing there ... and the DFW media was granted a tour.
