Senior Bowl Rosters - And Cowboys Dak Prescott's Advice

The Cowboys Are In Mobile For The Senior Bowl. The Rosters Have Been Assembled. And Dallas QB Dak Prescott - Just A Year Ago Among The Prospects Emerging from This Game - Has Some Big-Brotherly Advice

Just a year ago, Dak Prescott was trying to get on the NFL map.

Oh, he'd been a fine quarterback at Mississippi State. But what would the NFL think of him? What should the NFL think of him?

But at the 2016 Senior Bowl, Dak was named the all-star game's "Most Outstanding Player.'' It raised his profile, and suddenly Dallas Cowboys QB coach Wade Wilson was essentially at his door, as was the rest of the league. Prescott used this game to vault himself into the NFL Draft as a fourth-rounder who is now prepping for the Pro Bowl after being a leader of Dallas' 13-3 campaign.

Now it's the turn of the "next'' Prescott, at whatever position, and whatever his backstory.

And Dak has some sage advice.

"Senior Bowl is this Week,'' Prescott tweeted. "DON'T TAKE A Meeting, Practice REP, or Walking Through the Lobby Lightly. You're Being Evaluated.''

Prescott's advice came on the eve of Tuesday's Senior Bowl practices, leading up to Saturday's game, with an "NFL convention'' of sorts unfolding in between. (With Cowboys owner Jerry Jones serving as one of the lead carnival barkers.)
