Cowboys Not Done at RB?

Perhaps Julius Jones isn't the only running back from Notre Dame that will be wearing the silver and blue this fall.

Running back Ricky Watters, who hasn't run in a regular season game since 2000, stated via his personal web site that he is interested in returning and has been contacted by representatives of the Cowboys, Eagles, and Browns since the end of the draft.

The Eagles are already on record as saying that they have no interest in Watters, who would be 35 at the start of the 2004 regular season.

"Of course I miss it," said Watters in a statement released earlier this week regarding the National Football League. "I'm starting to feel good now, really good. If it's the right situation, the right team, the right coach, and the right players, it's something I'm not counting out."

Watters has 2622 carries for 10643 yards and 78 touchdowns during his 10-year NFL career.
