DT Leo Carson - re-signed by the Cowboys on March 4 to a one-year, $1 million contract on Friday. Carson, a favorite of Bill Parcells, recorded 55 tackles and a half sack last season.
CB Lance Frazier - signed to a one-year contract extension on Feb 25. Financial terms were not disclosed. Recorded 38 total tackles last season. Also returned 24 punts 229 yards (9.5 avg).
P Mat McBriar - was signed to a one-year deal worth $305,000 on Mar. 4. Averaged a solid 42.4 yards per punt last season.
OG Ben Noll - signed to a one-year contract extension on Feb. 25. Financial terms were not disclosed.
LB Keith O'Neil - signed his one-year, $380,000 exclusive-rights tender offer from the team on Mar. 14.
TE Sean Ryan - signed one-year contract with the Cowboys on Feb. 8. Ryan, a fifth round draft pick out of Boston College, spent 10 weeks on the practice squad after being released before the 2004 season opener. He ended up playing in six games.
S Lynn Scott - agreed to terms on Mar. 1. Scott signed a one-year deal worth $700,000. Recorded 46 tackles and one sack last season.
