Top Remaining Free Agent WRs

With Bill Parcells telling the media Wednesday that the Cowboys are in the market for another wide receiver, TheRanchReport.com takes a look at the top free agent wide outs still available.

Kevin Johnson - Former receiver for the Lions who is coming off a knee injury. Caught 17 passes for 133 yards last year. Eight year pro out of Syracuse.

Az-Zahir Hakim - Former standout with the Rams who was most recently with the Saints. Caught 34 passes for 489 yards and two touchdowns last year. Has nine years of NFL experience.

Johnnie Morton - Veteran wide out who is at the end of his career. Cuaght 21 passes for 288 yards last year. Played last season with the 49ers.

Ricky Proehl - Played with the Carolina Panthers last year, putting up respectable numbers: 25 catches for 441 yards and four touchdowns. Definitely at the end of his career (17 years in the league) but could be a servicable No. 4 or No. 5 receiver at the right price.

Patrick Johnson - Caught two passes for 31 yards in six games last year with the Ravens.

Rashaun Woods - Failed a physical with the Denver Broncos last week and is no longer with the team. Caught seven passes for 160 yards in 2004 but did not play in the NFL in 2005.

P.J. Fleck - Has yet to catch a pass in the NFL. Had a tryout with the Bears earlier in the summer.
