Cowboys Fine T.O.

The Dallas Cowboys have reportedly fined wide receiver Terrell Owens $9,500 for missing a team meeting.

Owens also missed a rehab session and was late to an offensive meeting on Friday.

Owens has missed almost all of training camp and the preseason with a hamstring injury, allowing him to suit up for just 12 practices.

After returning to the field on August 16, the controversial wide out took part in five practice sessions before reaggravating the injury due to what he deemed too many repetitions.

Owens, who has had troubles while playing in San Francisco and Philadelphia, signed a three-year, $25 million contract with the Cowboys in March after an ugly end to his time with the Eagles.

Owens was suspended or inactive for the final nine games of the 2005 season because of constant problems with the Eagles front office, head coach Andy Reid and teammates, beginning with an off-season desire to have his contract renegotiated.
