"I Know Very Little About This Situation"

IRVING, Tex. - Head coach Bill Parcells essentially declined comment on the Terrell Owens situation during his daily press conference.

Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells essentially declined comment on all issues regarding Terrell Owens during his press conference Wednesday afternoon.

Owens was taken to the emergency room at Baylor Medical Center Tuesday evening where doctors were treating him were trying to induce vomiting. Several reports were also released suggesting that Owens tried to commit suicide before telling the police he was depressed.

"I know very little on this situation," Parcells said when asked about T.O's current status with the team. "I don't have enough information yet. When I get that I'll let you know."

When asked if he knew what he would do when he talks with Owens, Parcells responded, "I don't know what I'll do. We'll see. I don't even know where he is myself. I was just on the field for two hours. I just want the chance to sit down with people and find out what the hell is going on. I don't know."

Parcells also said he did not address the issue with his team but he did speak with owner Jerry Jones briefly before the start of practice Wednesday morning.

"I think he felt the same way," Parcells said. "He's just trying to figure out what's going on here."
